Marina Jazine is situated near the historic centre of Zadar within the sheltered Jazine harbour area on the northern Dalmatian coast. The marina forms part of the wider city waterfront and provides organised berthing close to the main sailing routes of the Zadar archipelago.

Port of Šibenik is the main city harbour located at the entrance to the Krka River estuary. The port functions primarily as a commercial and passenger harbour, serving ferry traffic, cruise ships and cargo vessels, while also accommodating local maritime activity.

Zadar Harbour is the main port area of the city of Zadar, located along the mainland coast of northern Dalmatia. The harbour includes the waterfront along the historic old town peninsula as well as the wider port area extending toward Gaženica, where most of the ferry traffic is now located.

The Port of Novalja is located on the western side of the island of Pag and serves as a town harbour rather than a full-service marina. From a charter perspective, Novalja functions primarily as a destination stop within island itineraries, not as an embarkation or technical base.

D-Marin Borik is located on the northern side of Zadar, within the Borik resort area, a short distance from the historic city centre. The marina lies along the mainland coast facing the Zadar Channel and provides organised berthing for yachts sailing in the Zadar area.

Olive Island Marina is located in the village of Sutomišćica on the eastern side of Ugljan Island in the Zadar archipelago of northern Dalmatia. Positioned inside a naturally sheltered bay facing the Zadar Channel, the marina provides organised berthing along one of the main sailing areas between Zadar, Ugljan and the nearby Kornati routes.

Marina Vrnaža is located on the eastern side of Šibenik harbour, slightly outside the historic city centre. The marina primarily serves local boat owners and smaller vessels and provides organised berthing along pontoons within a sheltered harbour basin

Zaton Port is located in the village of Zaton northwest of Šibenik, inside the sheltered waters of the Krka estuary in central Dalmatia. The small harbour forms part of the village waterfront and is used mainly by local boats, smaller private vessels and limited visiting yacht traffic rather than functioning as a large marina facility.

Marina Betina is located in the village of Betina on the northeastern side of Murter Island, along a sheltered coastline facing the Murter Channel. The marina lies just east of Murter town and is closely connected to the local wooden boatbuilding tradition for which Betina is known.

Marina Kremik is located in a deeply indented bay south of Primošten, along the central Dalmatian coast between Šibenik and Split. The marina sits well inland within a narrow inlet, providing one of the most sheltered marina basins in this part of the Adriatic.

ACI Marina Piškera is located on the island of Vela Panitula within the Kornati National Park, between the islands of Piškera and Panitula Vela. It is one of the few organised marinas in the Kornati archipelago and is mainly used as an overnight stop for yachts cruising through the park
