Solaris Yacht Marina
Modern, full-service marina located within the Solaris Beach Resort
Port of Šibenik is the main city harbour located at the entrance to the Krka River estuary. The port functions primarily as a commercial and passenger harbour, serving ferry traffic, cruise ships and cargo vessels, while also accommodating local maritime activity.
Due to its operational role, the Šibenik harbour is not intended as a marina for visiting yachts. Berthing for recreational vessels is limited and generally restricted to specific areas or short operational stops. Vessel traffic can be significant, especially during the summer months when cruise ships and passenger ferries frequently enter the port.
Approaches to the harbour are well marked through the Šibenik Channel, passing the historic St. Nicholas Fortress, one of the key navigation landmarks when entering the city from the Adriatic.
From a cruising perspective, visiting yachts usually rely on nearby marinas rather than the main commercial port. However, the harbour area remains an important navigation point when approaching the city and the entrance to the Krka River and Šibenik archipelago.
