Vrgada Island
Small and peaceful island in the central Adriatic
Srebreno is a small coastal settlement located southeast of Dubrovnik in the Župa Dubrovačka area of southern Dalmatia. Positioned along a small coastal bay between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, the waterfront is used mainly by local boats, smaller private vessels and seasonal coastal traffic rather than functioning as a dedicated marina or larger harbour facility.
The coastal area includes smaller local moorings and waterfront access points suitable mainly for small craft and short stays in calm weather conditions. There is no large organised marina infrastructure, and visiting yacht berthing opportunities are limited compared to nearby ports and marinas in Dubrovnik or Cavtat.
Access from offshore is generally straightforward along the Dubrovnik coastal route, although the bay remains partly exposed to southerly weather conditions.
The surrounding coastline is commonly used for short coastal passages and stops while cruising through the Dubrovnik region, mainly in settled weather.
Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and accommodation facilities are located throughout the Srebreno waterfront area within walking distance of the shore. Additional marina services, fuel facilities and organised berthing are available nearby in ACI Marina Dubrovnik and the harbour areas around Dubrovnik and Cavtat.
From a sailing perspective, Srebreno is mainly used as a local coastal stop and waterfront area rather than as a primary harbour or marina base. Its location between Dubrovnik and Cavtat makes it a practical stop along the southern Dalmatian cruising route.
