Rovinj City Port is located directly beside the historic old town of Rovinj on the western coast of Istria. The harbour forms part of the town waterfront surrounding the old town peninsula and serves as a mixed-use coastal port.

Rijeka is the main port city of the Kvarner region and one of the most important commercial harbours in Croatia. From a charter perspective, Rijeka functions primarily as a logistical and transit reference point rather than a leisure marina or charter base.

ACI Marina Cres is located in the town of Cres on the western coast of Cres Island in the Kvarner region of the northern Adriatic. Positioned inside a naturally protected harbour bay close to the historic waterfront, the marina provides organised berthing within the main Kvarner and northern Adriatic sailing routes.

Marina Admiral is located in the centre of Opatija on the Kvarner coast, directly beside the waterfront promenade and hotel area of the town. Positioned at the northern end of Kvarner Bay, the marina provides organised berthing with convenient access to northern Adriatic sailing routes and the nearby Kvarner islands.

Punat Port is located in the town of Punat on the western side of Krk Island, inside the sheltered bay of Puntarska Draga in the Kvarner region of the northern Adriatic.

Umag City Port is located directly beside the historic centre of Umag on the northwestern coast of Istria, close to the Slovenian border. The harbour forms part of the town waterfront and serves mainly as a local port for fishing boats, smaller private vessels and seasonal local traffic rather than a full-service marina for visiting yachts.

Tehnomont Marina Veruda is located south of the centre of Pula on the southern coast of Istria, inside the naturally sheltered Veruda Bay. Positioned within one of the main marina areas in southern Istria, the marina provides organised berthing for yachts cruising the northern Adriatic and is widely used as both a charter and transit marina.

Marina Vrsar is located on the western coast of Istria, just north of Poreč, and is known for its deep-water access and excellent natural protection. The marina is surrounded by a chain of small islets, which shield it from open-sea conditions and provide safe harbour for larger yachts.

Rabac is a small coastal town on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula, set in a well-indented bay beneath the hills of Labin. While Rabac does not function as a charter base, it is a useful stop for yachts cruising along the Istrian east coast.

Trget is a small settlement located deep inside the Raša Bay on the eastern coast of Istria. Its position well inland makes it naturally protected and attractive to sailors seeking calm conditions away from open sea exposure.

Mitan Marina is located in the Kvarner region on the northern Adriatic coast, just south of Novi Vinodolski. Positioned along the partially sheltered coastline facing the Vinodol Channel, the marina provides organised berthing for yachts cruising between Kvarner, the islands of Krk and Rab, and the northern Adriatic coast.

Marina Medulin is located in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, within a shallow and well-protected bay close to the town centre. Its position makes it a practical stop for coastal cruising in southern Istria and short hops towards the Kvarner area.

Novigrad City Harbour is located on the western coast of Istria within the historic fishing town of Novigrad, north of Poreč and south of Umag. The harbour lies inside a naturally protected bay and forms part of the old town waterfront, where fishing vessels, local boats and visiting yachts share the central harbour area.

Marina Kraljevica is located in the town of Kraljevica, at the entrance to the Bakar Bay, between Rijeka and the island of Krk. Its position places it within one of the most historically important shipbuilding areas in Croatia, giving the marina a strong technical and operational character.
