Omišalj city port
A pleasant stop for charter guests exploring the northern Adriatic
Marina Medulin is located in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, within a shallow and well-protected bay close to the town centre. Its position makes it a practical stop for coastal cruising in southern Istria and short hops towards the Kvarner area.
Marina Medulin offers around 85 sea berths for vessels up to 20 metres in length. While the marina is primarily suited to smaller and mid-sized yachts, access is straightforward and the surrounding waters are calm, making Medulin a convenient harbour in settled weather.
Basic technical assistance is available, with work orders accepted at the marina reception and lifting services provided via on-site cranes, including capacity for catamarans. While the marina is not a full-scale refit yard, it is adequate for routine maintenance and minor technical needs.
Medulin benefits from excellent shore-side infrastructure. Large supermarkets, local markets and a wide range of restaurants are located nearby, and the marina is directly connected to a lively waterfront promenade. One of the distinctive features of Medulin is its proximity to the Vižula archaeological park, where Roman ruins are visible directly along the coastline.
For sailors looking for a relaxed stop with good shore access and easy coastal navigation, Marina Medulin offers a functional base in southern Istria.
